My laptop crashed for the 2nd time. What hardware / software could I use to get my files from my hard drive?

My notebook crashed on 2. time. What hardware / software could I use to get my files from my hard drive? Laptop will not start. So I set up my laptop hard drive as a slave to my office? Laptop will not boot, so I can put it in safe mode. Are there any external hardware I could use later from my office to retrieve files from my laptop messed-up?

Depending on how the situation is bad, you can also start in Safe Mode. When you start your computer, press F8, F5 some computers, and it should start in Safe Mode, you can get the files you need. ^ _ ^
