Reader Writer
How important is it to have a Blue-ray Disc drive (reader/writer) in a laptop?
Hi
I’m considering getting a laptop and would like to know how important people think it is to have this feature in the system?
There are not many laptops which seem to have Blue-ray Drive which includes a reader/writer function but it seems useful for storing large amounts of data.
I would be using the laptop for multimedia work (video editing, photoshop…)

PS: What does DVD combo mean when mentioned in a laptops Blue-ray specification?
nothng really unless youre guna use ur laptop for lots of video watching/burning on blu-ray. Most movies arent blu-ray theres no need for HD esp on a laptop screen which wnt look the best anyways. waste of money in a laptop if you ask me
