How do I use a voice switches to manipulate my voice using MSN / Skype?

I downloaded MorphVOX Junior (version free). He manipulates my voice when I open the program but when I try to use it with MSN / Skype voice chat, my voice sounds natural. I changed the settings in the second, if the set-up sounds I use are MorphVOX but he has not always handle my vote. Help if Please!

Should you change the settings on MSN and Skype for, not just by default. MSN and Skype has chosen the default setting before tea of the software is what they always think that the standard is correct. Changing some settings in the program, and that it will work.
