I am hearing different arguments and opinions lately about what is a REAL Dual Core machine — as apparently Intel Hyperthreading is “virtual” dual-core tech. Any facts?

a real dual core machine is a pentium d or a new intel core duo or core 2 duo.

p4 ht just simulate a second core.
